Openstage

Openstage turns a repository into a presentation. The walkthrough now follows both sides of the product: readers browse and open scroll or slide decks, while authors use the repository's planning, slide, component and quality skills through Claude Code or Codex, review ordinary React source, pass the production build and open the generated deck at a stable route. The resulting Proof Before Promise presentation is linked directly from the walkthrough alongside the existing flagship examples.

Drift not tracked

Drift is measured against the app's own repository, on the machine that runs the walk. This published copy has no checkout to compare against, so it reports what was captured and when — not how far the app has moved since.

Quality findings

2 to fix · 1 to consider

  • Product discovery is incomplete

Gallery, scroll and slide viewers, an unlisted deck, admin, and a complete skill-to-source-to-browser author journey are walked. Share links and password gates remain pending because no valid share record or protected deck exists locally.

  • 4 open issues found while walking · 1 blocking

Hydration mismatch on first render (gallery); Error: <svg> attribute height: Expected length, "auto". (deck-scroll); The /admin gate is skipped entirely when ADMIN_PASSWORD is unset (admin-dashboard); The gallery's grouping control is a native <select> (gallery). These were recorded during capture, not fixed — the walk observes the product, it doesn't repair it.

  • No walkthrough video is attached

Stills can explain states, but not timing, sequence, streaming, animation, or native gestures. Record at least one representative flow when the backend supports video, or leave the missing capability explicit in the run manifest.
