Drift is measured against the app's own repository, on the machine that runs the walk. This published copy has no checkout to compare against, so it reports what was captured and when — not how far the app has moved since.

Sign-in and account creation were freshly walked in the actual native app. Three deeper capabilities use clearly labeled, product-supplied simulator demos because authenticated capture was not authorized.
native-conversation-capture (iphone), native-relationship-followup (iphone), native-pdf-export (iphone) have one step. A single capture shows a screen, not how it behaves — usually a sign the scenario stopped at the front door.
Stills can explain states, but not timing, sequence, streaming, animation, or native gestures. Record at least one representative flow when the backend supports video, or leave the missing capability explicit in the run manifest.
Authenticated native workflow needs a fresh isolated test account (native-conversation-capture). These were recorded during capture, not fixed — the walk observes the product, it doesn't repair it.
