Reflections is a central journal that aggregates written reflections from every module across the app — gratitude entries, coaching notes, wolf reflection logs, breakthrough check-ins, and more. Instead of hunting through individual tools for past thoughts, you can see your entire reflective writing history in one place, searchable and filterable by source, date, or theme.
Imported from Inner Quest's app-owned walkthrough library. The captures are real product evidence, but their original run manifest and detailed interaction log predate Walkthrough Studio, so freshness is not claimed.
